| The Island of Bermuda is the mid-way point in the transatlantic journey of Tall Ships
2000. Port Bermuda eagerly awaits the arrival of those Tall Ships which will race to
Bermuda from Cadiz, Spain, and the arrival of those ships from other destinations which
will transform our harbour into a magnificent marine splendor. For a few days, in June,
our Hamilton Harbour and City of Hamilton will become the "home away from home"
for the thousands of crew and trainees. Members of the Bermuda media will,
naturally, be on hand to cover the festivities, but we also extend a warm welcome to all
of the international media persons who follow the Tall Ships to our shores.
The Media Centre for Tall Ships 2000 will be conveniently located right on Front Street
- in Number One Shed. All media who would like to use the Media Centre facilities
must have Accreditation beforehand and may do so by completing the following Accreditation
Form.
If you are planning to attend, accommodation is limited. Book now through your
